Before now, I had no easy way to capture or see the progression of my vein related issues over time.   Everything was kept with the doctor in my file.   So we created the iGuide Medical Assessor as a way for me to get more involved with my vein health by easily capturing my progression over time in a way that way that is also meaningful to my doctor.  Now I can also see how different procedures and activities impact me over time.

We took the VCSS (Venous Clinical Severity Score) and the The Aberdeen Varicose Vein Questionnaire (AVVQ) questionnaires which doctors use today to assess your condition and made them easy to understand.  So now your self assessments will also be meaningful for your doctor.

Now you can "see" how your procedures and the activities you engage in for your vein issues impact you over time through real time statistical graphs and a picture history.   No more guessing if something you are doing is helping you.

As your vein health is something you need to be engaged with throughout your life, it is important to complete the assessments periodically to see the changes over time. The VCi Assessor will send you automated reminders for when is a good time to take the assessment again.

Now, with the VCi Assessor, you can print and bring your self-assessment history with you to review with your doctor during each appointment to review how procedures and activities have impacted your vein health from your perspective.

Even though there is very little personal information to enter when you register and use the VCi Assessor, the information you do enter is encrypted and anonymized so it can not be associated with your assessment information.
